We are constantly asked, “How do you have such great prices?” We manage our business closely, that’s how. We buy directly from the manufacturers and in large quantities so that we can pass the savings on to our customers! We sell only new, first rate quality pet grooming products at The Groomer’s Mall/Groomers Mart. We want our customers to take full advantage of the warranties purchased with their equipment and that especially relates to the Heritage Lifetime Sharpening Guarantee! We don’t use gimmicks or slight of hand. We have almost 100% of our items in stock at all times and we try to keep our prices the lowest in the industry on all items, all of the time. So give us a try and find out what makes us different from the competition!
We do not sell or give away our customers’ mailing or e-mail addresses or phone numbers. We may, on occasion, send out our own e-mails containing special offers or pertinent information.
We do currently require that your order must total at least $10 in product.
We do not currently charge any handling fees, regardless of the order size.
It has come to our attention that there are unscrupulous persons on the internet issuing counterfeit coupon codes, claiming that they are for the Groomer’s Mall. We have no control over these individuals. We apologize that we can not honor these counterfeit codes.
All of our shipping is handled either by U.S. Postal Service, Fed-Ex or by UPS depending on which carrier is deemed most economical by the Groomer’s Mall. US shipping charges generally range between $6.75 – $15.00, depending on the value of the products ordered excluding Free Shipping Items. See below.Please see Shipping Rates & Information for more details. Shipping on International orders is handled based on the most economical shipping method usually via the U. S. Postal Service. Shipping charges are not always added by the shopping cart, but are calculated separately. If the shipping charges exceed $29.50 US for Canada or $36.50 US for all other countries, the customer will be notified by e-mail of the shipping charges for their approval before an order is shipped.
Free Shipping Items
If the “Free Shipping” item is returned for whatever reason, any credits granted will be less the original actual shipping charges.
Free Shipping Items do not include “signature confirmation”. If you would like to secure your delivery with a signature confirmation please contact us at 800-537-7361 to determine the additional charges for signature requirement options. We are not responsible for missing shipments once they are confirmed to have been delivered.
All packages are shipped with insurance and delivery confirmation at no additional charge to the customer. A signature is not required unless the shipment is over $500.00. Once the carrier leaves the package, it is the customers responsibility to secure the package. If you would like to require a signature to further protect your shipment please contact us at 800-537-7361 and we will discuss the additional options and fees to accommodate your situation. We are not responsible for missing shipments once they are confirmed to have been delivered.
If you receive your package and it is damaged or missing items please contact us immediately so that we can begin a claims process with the carrier. In all cases of claims all packaging must be retained until the issue has been resolved. Very often “Missing” items are found in the wrapping paper used to carefully secure the items in the box. Please unwrap all paper to be sure that no items are discarded.
|Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction with the products that you purchase at Groomer’s Mall is very important to us. We offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee on motorized clippers, scissors, and thinners. Since we assume that you are in need of these products at the time of purchase, if you are dissatisfied with the particular clipper, scissors, or thinners you receive you may return them for a different clipper, scissor, or thinner, or receive a store credit towards the purchase of other Groomer’s Mall products. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returns, and prior approval is required for all returns. All other items are not returnable. To protect everyone, pets and humans Groomer’s Mall will not risk reselling items that may have been used. Therefore we do not accept returns except in cases of defective products and the above mentioned products. Books and DVD’s can only be returned if defective and will only be replaced with the same titled product – no credits will be issued. Shipping charges can not be credited. If an item was originally purchased under a Free Shipping promotion, the original shipping charges will be deducted from any credit issued. Also, if an item was purchased with a Free Product promotion the free product must also be returned in new, re-saleable condition. If it is not returned or is not re-saleable the retail value of that product will be deducted from any credit issued. You can rest assured that you will never receive product from Groomer’s Mall that has been purchased and used by another customer.A restocking fee may be charged at the discretion of Groomer’s Mall. All sales over 30 days are final. Warranty issues after 30 days must be handled through the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
All of our products are warranted against manufacturer’s defects (see Manufacturer’s warranty information contained with products). Determination of “defect” will be decided by The Groomer’s Mall and/or the manufacturer.
All returns must include a return authorization number or they will NOT be processed. Please contact us within 30 days for warranty or satisfaction returns, to be sent prepaid to:
Refunds for credit card purchases will only be credited to the originally charged card. Cash or check purchases will be refunded by company check. Shipping charges are not refundable, except in cases of defective merchandise, then only the original shipping charges will apply.
Returned check fee is $50.00, for any reason.
We greatly value our international customers. We ship all over the world, every day. Over the years, we have developed many great relationships across the oceans. In recent years, international fraud has become very common. To prevent fraud, but still continue to serve our many international customers, we now require that for your first order with us you must provide proper documentation matching your photo identification with your credit card. We can accept this information by fax or e-mail. This allows us to see that you have your card and that it is indeed you. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. Once we have processed your first order, subsequent orders to the same shipping address will be processed without delay.
